Kids love food with bright colours and this omelette is super fun and easy to make. Plus, you get to sneak in some more vegetables. Double win!


Cow's milk

Ingredients for 4 portions

  • 2 eggs

  • 30 ml milk (this could be cow's milk or your favourite plant based milk)

  • 50 g spinach

  • 1 tsp olive oil


  1. Preheat an oven to 175°C.

  2. Blend the eggs, milk and spinach until the spinach is completely chopped finely.

  3. Bring the olive oil in a shallow pan to low heat. Add the egg mixture and cook one side until it's no longer runny.

  4. Place the pan in the oven for 4 more minutes, making sure the omelette is completely cooked.
