Preparation
Preheat an oven to 175°C.
Blend the eggs, milk and spinach until the spinach is completely chopped finely.
Bring the olive oil in a shallow pan to low heat. Add the egg mixture and cook one side until it's no longer runny.
Place the pan in the oven for 4 more minutes, making sure the omelette is completely cooked.
