If you're looking for an egg-free scramble, this is the one. Curry flavoured, paired with smooth avocado to make it extra nutritious! Of course, you can make this with eggs too, if you prefer!


Cow's milk

Ingredients for 1 portion

  • 40 g tofu

  • 0.25 tsp curry powder

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp milk (this can be plant-based milk)

  • 0.5 avocado


  1. Season the tofu with the curry powder and turmeric.

  2. Heat up the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the tofu and break it up while you cook it, just like you would do with scrambled eggs.

  3. Cook for about 5 minutes and then add the milk and stir well. Cook for 1 more minute.

  4. Serve together with the diced avocado.

You can serve this dish for the entire family. Keep your baby's portion aside and season the adult's and older kids' portion with salt and urfa chili flakes.
