Can my baby eat Tangerine

From +4 months

Are tangerines healthy for children?

Tangerines are quite similar to oranges. They contain more vitamin A, while oranges contain more vitamin C and fiber. Tangerines are a good source of folate and potassium so a very healthy fruit to give to your child.

How to serve tangerine

You can squeeze out the juice for your child to drink or you can cut the flesh into small pieces (take off the skin around each piece to avoid choking). You can also use the juice to make a fruit puree a bit smoother.
