Can my baby eat Pumpkin

From +4 months

Is pumpkin healthy for children?

Pumpkin is a classic baby food, for a reason. It's sweet in taste, has a lovely soft texture when cooked and it's a vitamin A bomb. It's also a good source of vitamin C and some essential minerals. Pumpkins are a very seasonal product, mostly available in winter.

How to serve pumpkin

Remove the peel and seeds of the pumpkin and cook until soft. Serve as a puree or a finger food, taking into account the appropriate finger food sizes for your baby's age. Pumpkin soup will also warm you up in winter!
