Can my baby eat Pak choi

From +6 months

Is pak choi healthy for children?

Pak choi, also called bok choy is part of the same family as kale and broccoli and, just like its family members, it has a very impressive nutrition profile. It's a source of fiber and vitamins, such as vitamins A and K. But it's especially high in vitamin C, which makes this a great vegetable to eat together with iron rich foods, since the presence of vitamin C increases the intake of iron. It also contains an impressive amount of minerals and antioxidants.

How to serve pak choi

Cook pak choi until soft and serve it in a puree or as a finger food, taking into account appropriate finger food sizes for your baby's age.
