Can my baby eat Green beans

From +4 months

Are green beans healthy for children?

Green beans are definitely a good food for your baby. The taste is relatively neutral to sweet and they are a good source of vitamins (mainly A, C and K). They also contain essential minerals such as potassium, magnesium and calcium.

How to serve green beans

Remove the tops of the beans and cook until soft. Serve as a puree or as a finger food, serving the whole bean, steamed, at first and switching to chopped beans around 9 months.
