Cauliflower should really become a staple in your and your baby's diet. It's a nutritional powerhouse, containing almost every vitamin and mineral your body needs. They're also rich in fiber and and good source of antioxidants.
Cook the cauliflower until soft. You can then serve it as a puree or as a finger food, taking into account the appropriate finger food sizes for your baby's age. You can also use raw cauliflower and blend it in pulses to make cauliflower rice and then boil it very briefly. Wait with serving raw cauliflower as a finger food until your baby is at least 18 months old.
