Can my baby eat Blueberry

From +6 months

Are blueberries healthy for children?

Blueberries are definitely a healthy food to serve to your baby. They're a good source of vitamins (mainly C and K1) and manganese, an essential mineral. They're also very rich in antioxidants. Since they are a common choking habit, don't serve them whole to your baby. Either puree them or smash them before serving them to your little one.

How to serve blueberries

You can make a blueberry puree or serve it as a finger food, by squashing them at first and cutting them in half when your baby is around 9 months old. They're also great for decorating your plate. Blueberries make great eyes for a smiley face.
