This is a healthy breakfast alternative for bread. You can add banana instead of blueberries or you could use soy milk instead of cow's milk, mix it up!


Cow's milk

Ingredients for 4 portions

  • 100 g oats

  • 150 ml milk

  • 50 g blueberries

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter


  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour the mixture in an oven proof tin. You can also use individual ramekins or a cupcake tray.

  2. Cook for 25 minutes in a 180°C/350°F oven if you're using individual ramekins. If you're using a single tin, cook for 35 minutes.
