This is a healthy breakfast alternative for bread. You can add banana instead of blueberries or you could use soy milk instead of cow's milk, mix it up!

Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and pour the mixture in an oven proof tin. You can also use individual ramekins or a cupcake tray.
Cook for 25 minutes in a 180°C/350°F oven if you're using individual ramekins. If you're using a single tin, cook for 35 minutes.
