Can my baby eat Blackberry

From +4 months

Are blackberries healthy for children?

Blackberries are sometimes called a superfruit. That's because this small, sweet and sour fruit is packed with vitamins, especially vitamin C and K, and minerals, such as manganese which will help your baby's body in the growing process. They also have a high fiber content. You can safely give blackberries to your baby from the start of eating solids.

How to serve blackberries

You can make a blackberry puree or serve it as a finger food, by cutting them in half. They're also great for decorating your plate. Blackberries make a great nose for a smiley face :)
