Can my baby eat Bell pepper

From +6 months

Is bell pepper healthy for children?

Peppers are a very healthy vegetable to give to your baby. They're one of the richest sources of vitamin C (they contain even more than an orange does!) and are also very rich in vitamin A, E and K. On top of that they contain potassium and are loaded with powerful antioxidants.

How to serve bell pepper

Remove the stem, seeds and skin from the peppers and cook them until soft. Serve them in a puree or as a finger food, taking into account appropriate finger food sizes for your baby's age. After your baby turns one, you can leave on the skins.
