The sweet spread is a great alternative to other sweet but sugary options like jam or hazelnut paste. We used skyr, which is an Icelandic, thick yoghurt, or you can use Greek or Turkish yoghurt.


Cow's milk

Ingredients for 1 portion

  • 2 tbsp skyr, or Greek or Turkish yoghurt

  • 0.5 mango


  1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the seed.

  2. Blend or mash the skyr and the cubed mango until smooth and you're done!

  3. Serve on some bread or rice crackers.
