Ingredients for 4 portions

  • 150 g minced chicken

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

  • 1 garlic clove clove

  • 1 lemongrass stalk

  • 2 tbsp coriander, freshly chopped

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Preparation

  1. Peel the ginger and garlic and grate them finely.

  2. Chop the coriander finely. Remove the bottom from the lemongrass, give it a few bashes with the back of your knife and then also chop it very finely.

  3. Mix all the ingredients together.

  4. Heat up the sesame oil in a pan. Bring it to a low to medium heat and cook the chicken meatballs until golden brown on all sides. Turn them enough and be careful to not let them burn.
