Spinach & potato puree
This spinach puree works very well with fish and meat both. Feel free to add some nutmeg once your baby is used to the pure spinach flavor.
Ingredients for 2 portions
Preparation
Peel the potato and cut it into cubes.
Steam or cook in boiling water until the potatoes are soft. In the last 2 minutes, add the spinach. Spinach cooks very fast so it really only needs a couple of minutes.
Blend everything together and finish with a teaspoon of olive oil.
Also joining the table?
This one is easily tweaked for adults. Just season with salt and pepper. Works well with fish.
