This semolina pudding is sweetened naturally by the sugar in the raisins and the sweet flavor of vanilla. A perfect little dessert for your little one! Feel free to add some berries, peaches or other fruit.

Ingredients for 2 portions

  • 50 g semolina

  • 2 tbsp raisin

  • 0.5 l milk

  • 1 vanilla bean

Preparation

  1. Soak the raisins in a bit of water

  2. Cook the semolina in the milk as indicated on the package.

  3. Slice open the vanilla pods lengthwise, scrape out the beans and add this to the milk, together with the pods.

  4. Once the semolina mixture starts to thicken, take out the vanilla pods and take the pan off the fire while stirring continuously.

  5. Drain the raisins, chop them roughly and pour it into individual bowls.

Also joining the table?

Just add 50g of sugar for each half liter of milk and you get a tasty dessert. You can also bake it in a 170°C oven for 40 minutes so it firms up.
