  • 100 ml canned tomato

  • 0.25 tsp garlic clove powder

  • 1 pinch black pepper

  • 6 mushrooms

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 8 prawns

  • 0.5 red bell pepper

  1. Sauce

Slice the mushrooms thinly and dice the bell pepper.

  2. Heat up the olive oil in a pan and sautée the mushrooms and bell pepper. After about 5 minutes, add the spices and canned tomatoes. Stir frequently and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

  3. Pasta

In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.

  4. Prawns

Chop de prawns (shell removed and deveined) into bite size pieces and place them in the tomato sauce. Let them cook until they are completely pink and then stir through the cream.

  5. Serve the pasta with the sauce and prawns.

Also joining the table?

This dish was made to be spicy, really spicy. So keep a portion aside for the kids and spice yours up with fresh or dried chili, as much as you can handle.
