Lahmacun: Turkish pizza
Lahmacun is a typical street food in Turkey. It has deep flavour of the lamb and pepper, cooled down by the yoghurt. This is not the traditional recipe because we want to make it easy for you to make at home, but the flavour is still a hit! You can roll it up so it's easier to eat.

Ingredients for 4 portions
Preparation
Chop the onion, garlic, pepper and parsley finely.
Mix all the ingredients, except the puff pastry together.
In a pan with some olive oil on medium heat, cook the lamb mixture until completely cooked through. Use a spatula to break up the lamb so there are no big chunks.
Roll out the pizza dough so it becomes thinner than how you bought it. Out of one sheet of pizza dough you can make 2 thinner sheets.
Spread the lamb mixture out of the sheets of pizza dough and place them in a preheated 200°C/390°F oven.
Cook for 10 minutes.
