Dates
Remove the seeds from the dates and chop them very finely.
Puffed rice & peanut butter
Mix the puffed rice with the peanut butter and chopped dates and roll into little balls.
Grated coconut
Roll the energy balls into some grated, dried coconut and keep in the fridge.
