Egg noodles with pak choi and ham

Preparation
Cook the egg noodles in boiling water for the amount of time indicated on the package. You can overcook them for a minute so they're nice and soft.
Roughly chop the pak choi and steam or cook it in boiling water. The cores of the leaves have to be soft.
Now you can mix all ingredients and use a fork to achieve a chunky puree.

Grill the pak choi instead of steaming and add a bit more of the five spice. Instead of ham, you can use braised pork belly for extra flavour. This piece of meat contains much more fat, which is why we avoid it for the little ones.
