Crusted avocado wedges are a great finger food. The size allows babies that haven't developed the pincer grasp to grab them in their fists. The panko crumb makes it less slippery. You can substitute the panko crumb for shredded coconut.



Ingredients for 1 portion

  • 1 avocado

  • 3 tbsp panko


  1. Avocado

    Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Cut the avocado into wedges of about 1 cm thick.

  2. Panko

    Cover the avocado wedges in panko crumb.

You can quickly fry these avocados and serve with your favorite dip as a snack.
