Cheesy sweet corn muffins
These savoury muffins are made in 10 minutes and only take another 15 in the oven. Perfect for breakfast or lunch!

Ingredients for 6 muffins
Preparation
Mix the flour, baking powder and celery salt.
Melt the butter and milk it through the milk and egg.
Add the milk mixture to the flour and stir until there are no more lumps. Now add the cheese, mustard and drained sweet corn.
Bake in a 180°C/355°F oven for 15 minutes or until golden. Make sure they're cooked in the center.
