Carrot sticks
These carrot sticks, cut the size of two adult fingers, are a perfect finger food for beginners. Babies can grab them with their fists and munch on them. The sweetness of the carrot will almost taste like a dessert for your little eater.

Preparation
Peel the carrot and, chop off the ends and cut into sticks roughly the size of your index and middle finger held next to each other.
Steam them until soft but still holding their shape.
Let them cool down a bit and serve to your little eater just like that.
