Baby breakfast acai bowl

This super quick but very healthy breakfast bowl is great for kids (and adults) of all ages. Inspired by acai bowls, adding acai is completely optional. It adds some sweetness but it's not essential to the dish.

Ingredients for 1 portion

  • 50 g berries (you can use a mix of frozen berries)

  • 0.5 banana

  • 30 ml coconut milk (you can also use almond milk)

  • 1 tsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp acai

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together and make sure the consistency is nice and smooth. Don't add all the milk at once but pour slowly and stop when you reach a ice cream like consistency.

  2. You can serve this with some age appropriate finger food.

Also joining the table?

This recipe is perfect for adults too. You can add a bit of sweetener, like honey or maple syrup, if you like your breakfast a bit sweeter.
