Can my baby eat Worcestershire sauce

From +1 year

Is worcestershire sauce healthy for children?

Worcestershire sauce is lower in sodium than, for example, fish sauce but you should still wait until your baby is one year old to serve it. It's not very nutritious and the sodium it contains is not healthy for a young baby. After the first birthday you can add a small splash to season your cooking but serve in moderation, not multiple times a week.
