Can my baby eat Radish

From +1 year

Is radish healthy for children?

Radishes are definitely not an unhealthy vegetable for your baby. They are a good source of vitamin C and contain small amounts of other vitamins and minerals. However, they can be a bit hard to digest for babies. Adding to that, their hard texture makes them difficult to eat for the little ones, which is why you want to wait until they're around one year old to start serving radishes.

How to serve radish

You can cook or roast radishes and serve them in a chunky puree or as a finger food, taking into account appropriate finger food sizes for your baby's age. You can also cut very fine slices of raw radish or grate them and fold them into food.
