Passion fruit is quite a nutrient dense fruit. Even though they're small, they contain a good amount of fiber and vitamins A and C. It's also rich in antioxidants. Just make sure the fruit is ripe, since an unripe passion fruit can be toxic. Also don't let your baby chew on the peel.
There is no indication that the seeds are a choking hazard. You can add a bit of passion fruit to your fruit puree or to a bowl of yoghurt. It can be a topping for breakfast pancakes.
