Can my baby eat Parsnip

From +4 months

Is parsnip healthy for children?

Parsnip is a relatively sweet tasting, starchy root vegetable that's great for your baby. It contains a good amount of vitamin K and C. It's also a good source of folate and fiber.

How to serve parsnip

Chop the ends of the parsnip and peel. Cook until soft and serve as a puree or as a finger food, taking into account the appropriate finger food sizes for your baby's age. Parsnips are also very tasty roasted with some herbs.
