Can my baby eat Lemongrass

From +6 months

Is lemongrass healthy for children?

You can safely use fresh lemongrass to infuse your baby's food with its wonderful, fresh flavor. Lemon grass has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties which your baby's growing body will really benefit from.

How to serve lemongrass

Use lemongrass to give flavor to your curries by infusing them. Just bash them with the back of your knife and let them sit in the sauce. Remove before serving. You can also let lemongrass boil with coconut milk to cook your rice in. You can add lemongrass to hot water to make a tea, which is especially nice with a bit of ginger (not too strong for your little one of course).
