You can safely use fresh lemongrass to infuse your baby's food with its wonderful, fresh flavor. Lemon grass has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties which your baby's growing body will really benefit from.
Use lemongrass to give flavor to your curries by infusing them. Just bash them with the back of your knife and let them sit in the sauce. Remove before serving.
