Kohlrabi is an incredibly good source of vitamin C and is relatively soft and sweet in taste when cooked, which makes it a great food to introduce at the start of eating solids. It's also high in fiber, vitamin B6 and antioxidants.
Everything about the kohlrabi is edible, both raw and cooked. However, the skin might be a bit tough to chew in the first months, so either puree it, chop it up finely or remove it. When served raw, make sure to grate kohlrabi finely.
