A quick breakfast or lunch you can make with leftovers. You can use any fish and any vegetable puree, as long as it's not too runny.


Cow's milk

Ingredients for 4 portions

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 2 tbsp sweet potato puree

  • 50 g cooked salmon


  1. Cook the salmon by steaming it until cooked though or cooking it in the oven. When cooled down, break it up into little pieces.

  2. Mix all ingredients together and add the salmon.

  3. Rub some olive oil on the inside of 4 cupcake tins and poor in the batter.

  4. Cook in a 180°C/350°F oven for 15 minutes. Make sure the top is completely solid and cooked through.
