Ingredients for 1 portion

  • 0.5 banana

  • 20 g coconut

Preparation

  1. Coconut

    Remove the peel and outer layer of the coconut until you're left with only the white flesh.

  2. Steam the coconut or cook in boiling water until it's completely soft.

  3. Banana

    Mash the banana with a fork.

  4. Blend the banana and coconut until you get a smooth consistency.
