Blueberry banana bread

Super easy to make and gluten free banana bread with a minimum of ingredients.



Ingredients for 4 portions

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 75 g oats

  • 0.25 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 50 g or a handful of blueberries


  1. Mash the banana and mix all ingredients together. Mixing in a blender works well for this, but you can also do it manually.

  2. Now stir most of the blueberries through the batter and pour it into a cake tray. Place some berries on top and place the banana bread on a 180°C/356°F oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
