These banana bread balls don't have to be baked, so they're ready in a heartbeat.

Ingredients for 6 portions

  • 1 banana

  • 50 g oats

  • 20 g toasted flax seeds

  • 20 g grated, dried coconut

  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp chopped hazelnuts

  • 4 dates

Preparation

  1. Toast the flax seeds quickly.

  2. Remove the stones from the dates and add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until all ingredients form a paste.

  3. Now roll the paste into little balls and store in the fridge.
